Harrison Beckmann - Church Planter

Harrison and Janae have lived on the west side of Indianapolis for over a decade. They were a part of Gospel Grace Baptist Church in the Whitestown area for most of that time, where Harrison served as Pastor of Worship and Theology, and Janae was active in worship, children, and women’s ministry. In 2022, a friend noted to Harrison that Speedway, Indiana was an area of need for more healthy, gospel-preaching churches - and Harrison and Janae began to pray for God to open the way for them to plant a church. In 2024, the path forward became clear. Harvest Church in North Indy brought Harrison on as a church planting resident, and the preparation phase was in full swing. In 2025, they plan to launch Providence Church in the Speedway area. Harrison will serve as the Lead Teaching Pastor.

Harrison has an MDiv from Indianapolis Theological Seminary and 10 years of pastoral ministry experience. He is also active as a high school sports official in Indiana. Janae is a full-time homemaker and mom to their three children, William, Skylar, and Raelynn. They are passionate about worship, good books, hospitality, teaching, discipling, finding cool parks, and sports.
